1. Introduction

Welcome to Medix-Labs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Medix-Labs. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation, which does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, even after it has been confirmed, if necessary.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice.
• We accept payment via bank transfers, credit cards, and mobile payment solutions.
• Medix-Labs reserves the right to suspend delivery of products if payment is not received by the agreed due date.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times and costs vary depending on the location and nature of the order.
• We aim to dispatch products within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation, but delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
• The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products leave our facility. You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and notifying us of any damage within 5 days.

6. Product Warranty and Returns

• Medix-Labs warrants that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.
• If a product is found to be defective, Medix-Labs will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective item.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt, and products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Medix-Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our total liability in connection with any product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that product or service.
